三种营养品对减轻机体快速减重不良影响的效果研究

THE EFFECTS OF THREE FOOD SUPPLEMENTATIONS ON ADVERSE INFLUENCE BY RAPID WEIGHT REDUCTION

为减轻快速减重对机体的不良影响,本文设计制成“高支氨基酸胶囊”、“平氨要素”和“混合盐片”等三种营养品,进行了动物实验和人体试用。动物实验结果表明:补充三种营养品对维持禁食3d快速减重大鼠的血糖和K、Na、Ca、Mg等电解质水平,稳定内环境有一定作用,对防止禁食3d快速减重大鼠的心率加快,心电R波电压降低,ST段抬高,保护心脏功能也具有一定作用;对快速减体重未见明显影响,并可保持运动水平。举重运动员初步试用结果表明:赛前减重由2～3d延长至5～7d;减重速度由1.3～2.0kg.d^(-1)降至0.5～0.7kg.d^(-1);控制饮食采用逐日递减方式;再补充三种营养品,对减轻快速减重对机体的不良影响和保持运动水平有效。

In order to alleviate adverse influence by rapid weight reduction threefood supplements, Capsule of high Branched-chain amino acids Pinan ele-mental granules and Tablet of multimineral were prepared and applied toexperimental animals and weight lifters with rapid weight reduction. Ani-mal experimental results showed that the three food supplementations havebenificial effects on the maintenance of levels of blood sugar and serum po-tassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium, the steady of inner environmentof organism and protection of heart function as well as no remarkble influ-ence on reduction of body weight, and could keep physical work capacity.The experimental results of weight lifters showed that the rapid weight re-duction had no adverse influence on physical work capacity and human bo-dy when the time of a pre-compitation reduction prolonged from 2-3 daysto 5-7 days, the rate of reduction of body weight decreased from 1.3-2.0 kg·d^(-1) to 0.5-0.7 kg·d^(-1), food intake decreased gradually and the three foodsupplementations were given.
