摘要
16名健康男性年轻战士随机分为两组,在连续8天中等强度作业及2次长跑体力训练期间,分别补充对照溶液(对照组)和复合维生素—电解质—糖溶液(实验组)。长跑后,实验组的血浆容量、血糖水平和亚极量运动试验测得的PWC_(170)及VO_(2max)明显高于对照组。8天实验后,实验组的体能恢复明显优于对照组,VB_1、VB_2和VC营养状况有显著改善,且出汗流失的无机盐获得适宜补充。结果说明,复合维生素—电解质—糖溶液对热环境作业人员的体力能力及有关生理功能具有保护作用。
Sixteen healthy young soldiers were divided randomly into two groupsreceiving control solution (control group) or vitamin-electrolyte-sugar com-pound solution (supplement group) daily during 8 consecutive days in mod-erate working and 2 times of distance running heavy exercise. After dista-nce running the plasma volume and the blood glucose level, and the PWC_(170)and VO_(2max) determined by submaximal exercise test in the supplement groupwere significantly higher than that in the control group. After 8 daysexperiment period, the physical performance recovery in the supplement groupwas markedly superior to the control group, the nutritional status of vitaminB_1, B_2 and C was significantly improved, and the sweat loss of mineralswas properly remedied. The results illustrate that vitamin-electrolyte-sugarcompound solution has the protective effect on physical performance andthe related physiological functions of men working in hot environment.
