摘要
提出结合动态安全数据库系统进行在线预防性安全调控的方法。首先介绍了在线预防性安全调控的概念和实现电力系统在线安全控制的意义。随后介绍了预防性安全调控数据库系统的特点、结构、管理及应用程序的接口技术。结合数据库系统进行在线动态安全分析和最佳控制的算法是一种新构想,其优点是可以提高分析的速度、可靠性和合理性。最后通过算例说明了算法的有效性。
This paper presents the application of a relational database, named dynamic security assessment (DSA) database system, in a windows-based software package designed for DSA and dynamic preventive security control of large interconnected power systems. The structure, organization and functions of the software package are introduced in the first part of this paper. The algorithm applying the database system in the on-line DSA for preventive security control is then presented in details. Case studies of the control algorithm on the 10-generator New England test system are reported to show the effect and the feasibility to reschedule the generation in order to guarantee optimal security operation of power systems.
