放射免疫分析法测定佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清透明质酸水平

Research on the serum hyaluronic acid levels of rats with adjuvant arthritis tested by radioimmunoassay

目的 观察致大鼠佐剂性关节炎后血清透明质酸 (hyaluronic acid,HA)水平的变化。方法 将实验组大鼠用完全弗氏佐剂诱发佐剂性关节炎 ,用放射免疫分析法 (radioimmunoassay,RIA)检测其体内血清透明质酸水平 ,并与对照组比较。结果 关节炎组大鼠血清透明质酸水平明显高于对照组 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 血清透明质酸水平的升高与骨关节炎症性改变有关 。

Objective To observe the change of serum hyaluronic acid levels of rats with adjuvant arthritis.Methods By radioimmunoassay the serum hyaluronic acid levels of rats with adjuvant arthritis and those of control group were tested.Results The mean serum hyaluronic acid level of rats with adjuvant arthritis was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The increase of serum hyaluronic acid levels is related with arthritis.It can help the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
