贞芪扶正颗粒治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗毒副反应120例总结

A Summary on 120 Cases of Side Reaction of Chemical Therapy in Treating Malignant Tumor Treated by Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules

目的 :观察贞芪扶正颗粒对恶性肿瘤放化疗后毒副反应的辅助治疗作用。方法 :治疗组 1 2 0例用贞芪扶正颗粒 ,对照组 4 0例用生血宝颗粒治疗。结果 :治疗组白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白均有升高作用 ,对消化道及全身毒副作用均有降低 ,与对照组比较 ,均P <0 .0 5。结论 :贞芪颗粒对肿瘤患者完成放化疗方案、提高生存质量均有重要作用。

Objective: To observe the accessory effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules on the side reaction of chemical therapy in treating malignant tumor. Method:120 cases in the treatment group were treated by Zhenqi Fuzheng granules and 40 cases in the control group treated by Shengxue Bao granules.Results: Zhenqi Fuzheng granules had the effect on increasing white cells,blood platelet and hemoglobin ,decreasing the digestive tract and systemic side reaction.There were defferences as compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenqi Fuzheng granules played the important role in completing chemical therapy and raising living quarlity for patients with tumor.
