The Construction of College Students' Associations in the New Period

大学生社团以其活动内容丰富、自由度大、灵活性强的独特魅力在大学校园异军突起,成为繁荣校园文化的重要载体。但随着高教改革的深入、素质教育的全面实施以及我省高教园区大规模兴建,学生社团面临着如何进一步完善工作机制、加强队伍建设、满足多元化需求等问题。从分析社团的现状,对新时期高校社团建设进行探讨和研究。

College students' associations with the gorgeous content, large scale freedom and strong agility characteristics stand out and become one of the most important carriers enriching the college culture. However, with the reform of high education, the popularization of quality education and the large scale construction of high educational areas, college students' associations are confronted with the problems such as how to improve the work mechanism, how to strengthen the team construction and satisfy their pluralistic demands. Based on the analysis of college students' association status in quo, this research provides the construction of students' association in the new period.
