摘要
审稿人水平、层次的高低直接影响着刊物的学术质量,在审稿人群体的拓展过程中,要对审稿人的各方面条件作严格的考察;同时,审稿人群体的规模也影响着审稿速度的快慢和质量。从分析审稿人应具备的条件入手,提出了拓展审稿人群体的几种途径。
The group of manuscript examiner impacts directly on the quality of publications, while enlarging the group of manuscript examiner, one should consider carefully about their qualifications from many aspects. The number of members of the manuscript examiner group influences also the speed and the quality of dealing contributions. By analyzing the qualifications of manuscript examiner, some practical approaches to enlarge the group were proposed.
