竹荪托盖液对小鼠肝、肾功能的影响

Influence of Bamboo Mushroom Liquid on the Liver and Kidney Function of Small Rat

目的 :观察动物灌喂新研制药竹荪托盖液对肝、肾功能的影响。方法 :以不同剂量掺饲小鼠 ,分大、中、小 3个剂量组喂饲小鼠 3个月 ,于停药 1d和 10d后分别将小鼠断颈采血作肝、肾功能检测 ,观察竹荪托盖液对小鼠肝、肾功能的影响。同时作肝、肾组织切片 ,作病理组织学镜检。结果 :3个药物剂量组动物停药 1d和 10d后的肝、肾功能指标与空白组及组间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。组织学切片未见明显异常。结论 :长期服用竹荪托盖液对小鼠主要脏器肝、肾毒性小 ,临床使用安全。

Objective:To observe the influence of bamboo mushroom liquid on the liver and kidney function of small rat.Methods:The experimental rats were divided into three groups,which were fed for 3 months with lange,medium and small doses of bamboo mushroom liquid ,respectively.One and ten days after taking the liquid,their heads were cut off and blood was taken for examing the liver and kidney function and observing the influence of bamboo mushroom liquid on the function.At the same time the liver and kidney tissue slices were made for microscopy .Results:The indexes of the rats' liver and kidney function in three groups were insignificantly different one day and ten days after they took medicine( P >0.05).There were no markedly abnormal findings in the slices.Conclusinon:The bamboo mushroom liquid has little poisonous and harmful side effects on the important organs such as liver and kidney .It is safe in clinic.
