摘要
目的探讨不影响腰椎后柱结构和预防椎管减压术后硬膜及神经根粘连的术式。方法对4具人体腰椎20个腰椎椎板上下厚度、棘突上下沿的测量,和36例保留腰椎板骨梁、骶棘肌悬吊椎管扩大术病人的观察。结果见各腰椎板下沿厚于上沿、棘突上沿长于下沿。结论保留腰椎板骨梁的椎管扩大和骶棘肌悬吊术,有利于椎体后柱稳定和预防软组织与硬膜粘连的作用。
Objective To study the surgical approach that has does not effect the stability of lumbar spine and prevents fibrous scar tissue formation following enlargement of vertebral canal. Methods To measure thickness part of lamina ablated of 20 vertebral canal in 4 adult cadavers,and review 36 cases following enlarge of vertebral canal reserving part of laminae. Results The superior sagittal diameter of each vertebral canal is shorter than the inferior one's,The superior side of;laminae is thicker than the inferior one's. The superior side of spinous process is longer than the inferior one's. Conclusion Enlargement of vertebral canal teserving part of laminae for treament of lumbar spinal stenosis could remin the stability of spine and prevent fibrous scar tissue formation.
