摘要
在热模拟试验机试验的基础上建立了Nb -Ti微合金钢加热过程中组织变化的数学模型。分析了加热过程中板坯组织的变化 ,测试了加热时奥氏体晶粒粗化温度 。
A mathematic model to predict the microstructure of Nb-Ti micro-alloyed slab in the heating process of hot rolling was developed based on thermo-mechanical simulation tests.This paper describes the microstructure transition of micro-alloyed slab during heating,gives the austenite grain coarsening temperature and analyzes the suitable heating temperatures for control rolling and control cooling.
