摘要
通过对国内某钢厂热连轧带钢粗轧过程设定计算控制系统的分析 ,阐明了系统设定计算模型的结构及控制原理。采用C ++语言对该系统进行离线仿真 ,并对模型中有关参数进行了优化。将仿真计算结果与实测数据相比较 。
This paper describes the framework of computing model of setting value and control theory according to analyzing a roughing process control system with parameters calculation in hot strip mill in a domestic iron and steel company.The rolling process off-line simulation is developed by means of C++language and the parameters in the model are optimized.By comparing the simulation results with the measured values,the accuracy of the setting value in the rolling process off-line simulation system is proved.
