摘要 作者用自己研制的超声波扫描检测系统对玻璃纤维材料试块进行了多次检测,取该材料的一些声学特征值,为继续深入的研究玻璃纤维材料性能提供了一些可靠依据;同时也检测出了该材料中的气孔、夹渣和疏松等缺陷。从缺陷成像轮廓的清晰度看,超声C扫描可以定量检测出玻璃纤维中的许多缺陷。 Some acoustic parameters of glass fiber are obtained through measuring the glass fiber specimens with ultra phonic scanning system developed by the papers authors. Which can provide reliable foundation for further study of the characteristics of the material. The flaws of glass fiber are detected and measured by means of the system. According to the sharp outline of the defects, mealy defects of the material are inspected quantitatively with the ultrasobnic c scanning.
