摘要 本文的数值研究考虑了变物性,自然对流和粘性耗散的影响,采用SIMPLE方法进行数值求解,计算结果与实验值吻合很好,流场和温度场耦合,使进口段大大延长,计算结果还显示了高粘物系加热时径向温差很大。 The pipe flow of non-Newtonian fluid -with high viscosity is simulated by using SIMPLE method. The variation of physical properties of the fluid, natural convection and viscosity dissipation are taken into account. The numerical results agree well with experimental data. Due to the couple effect between flow field and temperature field, the inlet part of the flow is much longer. The numerical results also show that the temperature difference in radial direction insignificant when the highly viscous fluid is heated.
