摘要
研究了热处理对新型热轧调质无缝油管用25CrMnMo钢性能的影响。结果表明:该钢在920℃保温30 min水冷,650℃回火70 min后有较好的强度和韧性。通过选择不同的调质工艺可以满足API 5CT标准中N80Q和P110等高钢级油管的性能要求。
The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of steel
25CrMnMo was studied. The result shows that the optimum heat treatment is holding
at 920℃ for 30 min utes then water quenching and tempering at 650℃ for 70 min utes.
The different processes of quenching/tempering can meet the mechanical property of
high steel grade from N80Q to P110 in API 5CT.
