焦烧石灰窑转产轻烧白云石的探讨

摘要 通过对老式焦烧石灰窑转产轻烧白云石的探索,研究制定了焦烧窑转产轻烧白云石对窑炉的改造方案和生产工艺,探讨了轻烧白云石在转炉中溅渣护炉的使用效果。结果表明:焦烧石灰窑转产轻烧白云石可提高产量和质量;轻烧白云石比焦烧石灰生产工艺的煅烧温度低100℃左右;轻烧白云石在溅渣护炉工艺中使用效果好,完全可替代轻烧镁球。 By exploring the production of caustic calcined dolomite in traditional scorch limekiln, improvement project and related technique are analyzed, as well as the performance of caustic calcined dolomite in converter protection by slag splashing. Results show that, yield and production quality of scorch limekiln can be improved; the calcining temperature of caustic calcined dolomite is 100℃ lower than that of the calcined lime; caustic calcined dolomite is good at converter protection by slag splashing, and can substitute caustic calcined magnesite.
