摘要
针对三辊轧管机换辊时上机盖难以打开以及油缸漏油的问题,进行了仔细的分析、研究和计算。结果表明,其原因主要是油缸驱动力矩不够;油缸回油背压太大和并帽直接受力所致。据此,提出了改进措施。
Problems of hydraulic, system of three-roll pierier in production are
analyzed. Results show that, the low drive moment causes the cover hard to open; the
problem of equilibrium oil cylinder is due to that the liquid press to return back is too
big; the leaks of the quickly oil cylinder is caused by that the cylinder has a hut to suffer
the moment directly. Corresponding methods for improvement are presented.
