On Investigation Report of Readers In Gaozhou Library

本文通过对高州市图书馆的读者进行调查和分析 ,一方面了解读者的文献需求能力和程度 ,把握为读者服务的情况 ;另一方面检验了图书馆整个工作过程的服务质量和使用价值 。

We have probed into and analyzed reader population in Gaucho City library. Eventually we have made clear the reader population in two aspects: One, we must master the situation of reader service by understanding the demanding capacity and extent of readers. The other, we must determine the key and orientation of future library work by examining the service quality and use value during the whole process of library work.
