Future development direction of Shanghai Electricity Utilization Load Management System

随着上海用电负荷的高速增长,供用矛盾日益突出,从1996年开始建设的上海市用电负荷管理系统的负荷控制能力已相对变弱,将难以发挥技术限电的优势,因此其容量必须进行扩充,以提高监测、监控和调节能力。文章从无线通讯网建设、主站计算机系统组成、双向终端功能拓展、系统运行管理等方面对上海市用电负荷管理系统的发展方向提出了较为详细的规划建议。

Following the rapid growth of the electricity utilization the contradiction between the supply and demand becomes more and more prominent. The load control capability of the Shanghai Electricity Utilization Load Management System built in 1996 has become relatively weak. It will be difficult for the load management system to make use of its superiority of limiting the electricity usage by technical means in the future. Therefore the capacity of the load management system must be enlarged to enhance the capability of supervision, monitoring and regulation. Starting from the aspects of wireless communication construction, composition of master computer system, the promotion of the capability of the bidirectional terminal and the operation management of the system, a relatively detailed planning scheme concerning the development direction of the Shanghai Electricity Utilization Load Management System has been suggested.
