摘要
通过3a来对光温敏雄性核不育水稻目标性状的表达及遗传规律的研究表明,同一品种水稻不育系的柱头外露率在年际之间差异不显著。在自然条件下,柱头外露率与异交结实率成正相关。在套袋条件下,外露率与结实率主要与品种有关,外露率与结实率没有明显的相关性。在常温下,花粉至少可存活3d以上。柱头活性一般可保持7d以上,开花后外露柱头活性逐日递减,不同品种间有差异,与柱头长短及柱头性状有关。柱头长,分杈多,不易干燥,生活时间长,异交结实率高。
Investigate indicate that the same rice variety`s rate of stigma exsertion has little change at different year. At natural condition rate of stigma exsertion has the positive proportion with seed rate. Make it a condition that put the bag on it, rate of stigma exsertion and seed rate has connection with variety and rate of stigma exsertion has little connection with seed rate. At normal temperature, farina may live 3 days at least and the stigma`s loose-leaf can last over 7 days, after abloom the outward stigma`s loose-leaf is depress, the different variety have diversity, it have a connection with stigma`s length and character. Long stigma have more fork, not easiness to desiccate, the living time is long and the seed set of outcrossing is high.
