正确理解和处理工业化与信息化关系 ,是中国经济能否实现跨越式发展的关键。世界工厂建设的过程是一国工业化飞速发展的过程 ,也是该国实现跨越式发展赶超其它国家的良机。在新的世纪里 ,我国应该走信息化带动工业化的新型工业化道路 ,抓住世界工厂机遇 ,大力发展以信息产业为主的高新技术产业 ,并利用高新技术改造传统产业 ,完善国家创新体系建设 ,推动区域创新。
