Studying and comparing the two contract laws between Chinese main land and Hong Kong district from the angles of the concepts and forms of contracts,from the key elements of tenable and valid contract,and of violating a contract and its remedy,it is helpful for us to know the nature of Hong Kong’s contract law as well as to perfect the legislative system and economic inter change between the two places.
