The legal value of the trademark act is the direct criterion about protecting trademark legally.From the nature of trademark right with the history of trademark act,we can find that the legal value of trademark is freedom,happiness,safety,order,fairness and equality,moreover,we can find that fairness and order is most significant,but standing of freedom value is relatively low.While promoting so-cial harmony and unity,and advancing public profits,social welfare is very important as well.
