Improve Environment To Promote the Development of Small Tech-based Firms in Heilongjiang

高科技中小企业在黑龙江省经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用。如何改善黑龙江省的投融资环境,促进黑龙江省科技型中小企业发展已成为目前的重点课题。本文通过硬性条件、市场化指数、创新环境三个方面,对黑龙江省在投融资环境上与江浙闽三地区的差距与优势进行了比较分析,并对改善黑龙江省的投融资环境提出了建议。

Small technology-based firms play more and more important role in our country. How to improve the environment of small technology-based firms is a big issue for Heilongjiang Province. This article answers this question through three parts by contrast with JiangSuZheJiang and WenZhou.
