An Analysis of Legal Environment in Tourism in Heilongjiang Province

旅游法律环境是旅游业发展的重要保障,旅游法律体系是旅游法律环境构成中的一个十分重要的要素。从某种程度上讲,其完善与否可以反映出一个国家或一个地区旅游业发展的成熟程度。

The legal environment in tourism is the important guarantee of the development of tourism. And the legal system of tourism is an important factor of the constitution of the legal environment in tourism. In a sense, the degree of the legal system of tourism's perfetion may reflect the maturity of the development of tourism in a country or region. This paper takes Heilongjiang province and its main tourist cities as examples, giving a comprehensive analysis of the present conditions and characteristics of their legal system in tourism as well as problems existing in it.
