摘要
针对我国现行公务员制度进行分析和研究,在公务员的考试录用制度、工资制度、辞职辞退制度以及职位分类制度等方面提出了自己的思路和见解,将对完善我国公务员制度起到一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the analysis on China抯 present public servant system, this paper, intending to provide reference to the cause of perfecting China抯 public servant system, proposes views concerning systems of the examination, employment, salary, resignation, dismissal, and classification of posts of public servants.
