摘要
转型时期我国公务员制度改革尚存在诸多问题。在我国公务员分类制度,公务员考试的报考条件、考试内容、考试程式,公务员考核的内容、方式、程序等方面需要继续改进。
This paper discusses the issues on innovation of government functionary system during a transformation period, and puts forward some suggestions on its classification system, its examination system, and its evaluation contents.
