摘要
作者认为,政治文明建设是全面建设小康社会的重要任务,村民自治是农村实施政治文明建设的具体工程。不断完善村民自治制度,有利于农村贯彻党的十六届三中全会精神,解决"三农"问题,实践"三个代表"的重要思想,促进农村经济社会稳定发展,实现农村全面建设小康社会的目标。
The author analyzes the situation of the building of grass-root democracy in rural region in Yunnan and gives countermeasures.
