警察力量作为复合行使国家行政权和司法权的机关,其职务犯罪问题引起学界的广泛关注。运用雷克利斯的遏制理论探究我国当前警察职务犯罪的成因,可为建立有针对性的警察职务犯罪防控体系提供参考。
The occupational crime of police has been given extensive attention by academe because the power of police is regarded as a complex organ that performs the national regime and jurisdiction. It could provide reference to construct the defense system for police occupational crime by applying Walter C. Reckless' containment theory to study the current police occupational crime in China.
