诚实信用原本为社会经济交往中形成的基本道德规范或道德准则。近现代 ,各国通过将其法律化以后 ,成为一项以道德规范为内核而具有法律强制力的行为规范 ,成为现代民法的重要原则。

Honesty and integrity originally refer to the basic moral standards and principles formed in socio-economic contacts.In the countries of modern times,they have been legalized to be legally-binding behavioral norms based on moral standards,having become the important principles of moden civil laws.In this paper,focus is put on the exploration of China's legal provision for the principle of honesty and integrity.
