摘要
该文较系统介绍磷脂的性质,种类,不同种类磷脂的生物学功能与应用,高品质磷脂制备方法进展;并对各种磷脂在医药、食品和非食品上应用进行较详细归纳总结,最后针对我国是磷脂大国现状,提出加强磷脂研究重要性。
The nature and species of phospholipids, biological functions and applications of different species phospholipids, preparating advance of high quality phospholipids were presented in this thesis. The application of phospholipids in medicine, food and other fields was also summarized. Lastly, importance of researing phospholipids was put forward.
