科技进步综合评价在铁路运输中的应用

摘要 本文就影响铁路运输能力增长的因素抽象为资金、劳动力和科技进步等三个要素,利用生产函数模型,推导出运输能力发展速度增长方程,建立了铁路运输科技进步水平综合评价的计算模型,并对“六·五”、“七·五”期间铁路科技进步水平进行了实例验证,对“八·五”、“九·五”期间铁路科技进步应达到的水平作了预测. In this article we reduce into fund, labour and scientific-technical progress all kinds of facts effecting railway transport capacity growth, and derive the incremental formula of developmental speed for railway transport capacity by means of productive func-tion model.We also set up the calulation models of synthetic appreciation for railway transport scientific-technical progress,examine railway scientific-technical progress level during the period of the Sixth Five-Year Plan and the Seventh Five-Year Plan by some real examples, and finally make predication for the develo-pment level during the Eighth Five-Year Plan, and the Ninth Five-Year Plan.
