摘要
本文讨论形如Q=(■)的拟Q-矩阵,给出了Q成为Q-矩阵与诚实Q-矩阵的充要条件,它包含了〔2〕～〔6〕中的主要结果.
In this paper, we discuss a quasi Q-matrix of the form and obtain the sufficient and necessary condition for 0 to be Q-matrix and honest Q-matrix.It contains the main result in [2]~[6].
