摘要
根据载液是否为萃取剂、是否为共沸体系或沸点相近体系将吸附蒸馏过程划分为 4种情况。对于沸点相近体系、载液不是萃取剂、且吸附剂有择型吸附性的情况 ,由理论分析得出了吸附蒸馏适用性的判据。结果表明 ,这种情况下的吸附蒸馏过程无需遵守重组分必须被吸附的条件。
The application of adsorption-distillation process can be divided into four cases according to the natures of the adsorbent carrier and the separated system. In the case that the extracting solvent is not the carrier and the components have approximate boiling points, the criteria for the applicability of the adsorption-distillation method was investigated. The expression of relative volatility in equilibrium was deduced with the hypothesis of pseudo homogeneous phase in consideration of the influence of the carrier for the binary system. In order to evaluate the applicability of the adsorption-distillation method, an optimization method for the relative volatility was proposed using the adsorptive equilibrium data for the specific system. The result shows that the heavier component is unnecessary to be adsorbed in this case.
