摘要
在分析组织系统柔性目标构成的基础上,提出了企业组织系统柔性度量的评价指标体系,进而运用多级模糊有效性评判原理,建立了组织柔性度量评价模型,并以实例进行了应用分析,为企业组织系统设计评价和组织柔性的量化考评提供了新的方法。
This paper put forward appraisal index system about evaluating organizational system flexibility on the basis of analyzing objective constitutions of organization flexibility,established the model of evaluating enterprise organizational flexibility by using the muti-step fuzzy efficiency evaluation principle,and then gave an example for application analysis.It offers a new method for enterprises to evaluate the design of its organization system and measure its organizational flexibility in quantity.
