Study about the challenges and measures to financial management after entering WTO

随着中国加入WTO,企业财务管理环境发生了重大的变化。从经济结构、金融市场、财税法规政策和人才环境4个方面,深入分析了加入WTO对企业财务管理带来的挑战。并在此基础上,从财务管理的理念、财务管理组织、财务管理人员的素质和财务管理等方面,提出了一些对策。

With China’entry into WTO,the financial management environment of enterprises has been a great change.From the aspects of economical structure,financial market,regulations and policies of financial and tax and human resources,this paper analyzes the challenges to financial management that caused by it.Based on it,this paper puts forward some corresponding measures.
