摘要
分析了人力资源价值货币计量方法的缺点,将模糊评价引入到人力资源价值的计量领域,结合组织层级管理理论和发展中的人才测评技术,探讨了人力资源非货币计量方法———模糊计量方法,为人力资源的考核提供了依据。
This paper analyze the disadvantages of money measuring,method,introduces fuzzy evaluation into valuation fields and builds on non-money measuing,model by combining stratification management theory and testing&evaluation technology of talent with in the development .It offers the ideas to solve the problems of the evaluation of human resources.
