The Choice and Reform Trend of RMB Exchange Rate Regime Under the Opening Circumstances

加入WTO之后,人民币汇率制度如何选择一直是理论界研究的热点问题。本文结合中国加入WTO之后经济环境的可能变化,从理论和实证两个方面论证了目前有管理浮动汇率制度选择的客观性;同时也分析了人民币汇率形成机制中存在的主要问题。在此基础上提出了在有管理浮动汇率制的基本框架下人民币汇率形成机制改革的方向和基本思路。

After joining WTO, how we choose the RMB exchange rate regime is a heated issue in the theoretical circle.Considering the possible changes of environments after China′s accession to WTO, this paper has proved that the choice of managing floating exchange rate regime is objective in a long term in future from angle of the theory and real examples.The paper analyses the main problems that exist in the forming-mechanism of RMB exchange rate.and puts forward the trend and idea of RMB exchange rate reform.
