摘要
法家和黄老道家的学术思想有很深的渊源关系。慎到把老子"道法自然"、"无为而治"、"小国寡民"以及道家争取民心而"有天下"等思想的继承和创新,作为其理论出发点。在此基础上,他总结了前期法家的法理学说,系统地提出了权势论、法治论和君臣论等法理论,对后期法家理论走向成熟产生了重大影响。慎到是从黄老到法家重要的转折人物。
The thoughts of Legalism can be dated back to Taoism.Shen Dao constructed his theories which derived from the thoughts of Taoists, and summarized the theories of Legalism prior to him,and developed the systematic theory of Legalism.So,he was the reformatory thinker in the course of transforming Taoism to Legalism.
