摘要
实践性认识论视角下的教师专业关注的是教学领地中如何提高教学效能的问题。作为教师的教学专长,其内容应以实用知识和高层次才能为核心,教师专业成长应以反思实践为基本路径。反思实践对教师专业成长具有重大意义,反思实践功能的全面实现有赖于教师对反思实践学习方式的准确理解和正确运用。
Teachers′ specialty in view of practical theory of knowledge concerns the 'marsh land' in teaching,whose content should be centered around practical knowledge and high-level abilities,and whose development should be based on reflective practice.Though the development of teachers′ specialty is of importance, full realization of the reflective practice function should be dependent on the teachers′ accurate understanding and correct application of the method.
