西部高校图书馆信息资源共享的思考

Review on the Sharing of Library Information Resource in the Universities of Western China

广泛开展西部高校间的文献信息资源共享活动,能从整体上保证信息资源质量的提高与规模扩大,建立西部高校图书馆信息资源共享体系。对西部高校图书馆信息资源共享存在的问题进行了深入分析并提出相应对策,指出加强图书馆立法,尽快制定西部地区信息资源共享法规性条例,是解决资源共享的症结所在。

Carrying out the sharing activities of the library information resources among the universities in western China can improve the quality of information and widen the scale of Libraries. Furthermore,we can establish the sharing system among the universities. The author deeply analyses the problems existing in the library information resources,puts forward the relevant countermeasure and points out that enforcing the library legislation and making a relevant law as soon as possikle is the key to solve all the problems.
