栎树叶中单宁的含量及其脱毒方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究认为栎叶中单宁含量具有随着生长地区海拔的升高而升高,随着叶片生长时间的延长而降低的规律。因此早春在深山区应注意栎叶脱毒。试验证明,利用一定浓度的硫酸亚铁或石灰水溶液处理栎叶,能获得较好的脱毒效果。不同脱毒方法对栎叶中营养成分影响不大。 The study shows that tanic acid content of oak leaves increases with the rise of altitude of their growing area and decreases with the extending of their growing period. Attention must be paid to removing poison of oak leaves in deep mountain areas in early spring. A good result can be obrained with an opportune density of ferrous sulfate or lime wash solation to remove poison. Different ways of removing poison shows little effect on leaf nutrient.
