摘要
讨论了相位测量和相位检测的原理,给出了基于FPGA的相位测量方案. 通过FPGA和单片机构成的双片系统,实现相位等精度恒误差测量. 系统具有测量信号频带范围宽、相位测量误差小等优点,有较高的实际应用价值.
The principle of phase measurement and detection is discussed. The scheme of measuring phase based on FPGA is presented. Dual-chip system from FPGA and single-chip computer fulfils the phase measurement with equivalent accuracy and constant error. This system, having a wide measurement range of signal frequency an d the small error in measuring phase, is of great value to practical application.
