摘要 1 6—二磷酸果糖是一种性质活泼的天然高能化合物 ,是糖代谢的中间代谢产物 ,具有激活糖代谢中若干酶活性之功效 ,在医学、食品、保健品、化妆品上具有广阔的应用前景 .利用酶使葡萄糖或蔗糖磷酸化制备FDP ,通过沉淀、转型、离子吸附、洗脱、结晶来提取精制FDP .本文对FDP近年来的研究应用进展进行了综述 . FDP,a reactive,natural,high-energy compound and a metabolic intermediate in the glycolytic pathway,has an effect on activating certain activated enzymes,and has a vast applicable vista in medicine,food,health products and cosmetics.Enzyme is used to make glucose or saccharose phosphorylation to prepare FDP.Purified FDP is extracted by sedimentation,transformation,ion absorption,cleaning and crystallization.The paper summarizes the applied progress of recent research on FDP.
