摘要
宗教与艺术二者同为人类古老、深沉、高级的精神活动的典范表现,有着解不开理还 乱的综结。作者就二者对世俗世界的超越性这一特征进行了比较。就共性而言,首先,二者 均强调对世俗世界状况境遇的突破与超越,并经由此突破与超越,实现人生境界的根本转变 ;其次,二者对物质性实用功利均采取规避的态度。就差异性而言,宗教往往在人之上悬设 出超越的救度者,而艺术将救度(者)置于人之内;宗教的超越借助于信念,而艺术的超越 借助于想象;宗教超越实用功利是因为有一个精神性功利目的,属自觉行为,而艺术超越功 利是自发性的,在精神性功利追求方面,艺术比宗教更超然。
:Both religion and art are the ancient, profound and sophisticated para gon of human spiritual activity, which is of entangled complex. The author provi des a comparison of the transcendences over the profane world between religion and art and a belief that as far as their homogeneity is concerned, first, both emphasize the break-through and transcendence over the profaneness so as to ful fill the fundamental turn of life state; second, both evade from pragmatic mater ial interests .When it comes to heterogeneity, the former sets a transcendent sa vor over human being whereas the later makes it reside into human being; the for mer relies on belief whereas the later on imagination; the former substitutes spiritual interests for pragmatically material ones consciously whereas the later is spontaneous in transcending any interests and therefore takes a more de tached view of spiritual interests than the former.
