摘要
农产品质量安全是关系人的生命健康和生活质量的重大问题。探讨了中国农产品质量安全问题提出的历史背景、提高农产品质量安全水准的必要性和紧迫性以及若干待研究的问题。
It is an important problem for edible agro-products with quality and safety. That is about human being's health and the living level. In this paper the background of the edible agro-products concerning with quality and safety in China was analyzed, the necessary and urgency to improve the standard of them and some ways to solve the problems were discussed.
