根据山区建设的发展思路,在高寒山区产业结构调整基本依据的指导下,对高寒山区现在的产业结构情况进行综合分析后认为:种植夏播油菜的经济效益,是同地区同类土地种植荞麦的2—3倍、小黑麦的1—2倍、蓝花子的2—3倍、地膜玉米的1～2倍,与种植马铃薯基本持平。同时,可在一定程度上解决畜牧业生产蛋白饲料缺乏问题,提高畜牧业的经济效益;促进绿色食油加工业、养蜂业等副业的发展,达到农民增收、农业增效的目的,是高寒山区产业结构调整的一个特色产业、优势产业,具有极高的推广应用价值。

In this paper, on the basis of the development thought in mountain area, guiding by the industrial structure adjust rule, industrial structure in high and cold mountain area was comprehensively analysed The results showed: in the same region of the same kind land, economic performance for planting summer sowing rape is 2~3 times higer than buckwheat, 1~2 times than small rye , 2~3 times than blue flower seed and 1~2 times than cover film corn. At the same time, it can solve problem of lacking polished animal feed on a certain degree, increasing economic performance of livestock husbandry production.And promoting the green cooking oil industry and the apiculture industry etc. , attaining the purpose of increasing the fanner income and the agricultureprofite.Summer sowing rape is a characteristic property and advantage industry for industrial structure in high and cold mountain area, has a bright prospect of popularization.
