摘要 茶的生长、制作、饮用就其原始发生过程而言,是最典型的绿色食品。人类在创造高科技、现代文明的同时也破坏了自然生态平衡,污染了环境,同时对茶业这一天然绿色产业也造成了危害。现代茶业正深受农药残留、饮用安全问题的严重危胁。对茶叶回归绿色食品,茶业实现可持续发展的思路和观念问题进行了探讨。 Tea is a typical green food according to its original process of growing, making and drinking. However, when mankind creates hi-tech and modem civilization, they destroyed the ecological balance, polluted environments, and also caused harm to tea industry, a natual green industry originally. Modern tea industry is deeply threatened by the residue of a-gricultural chemicals and drinking safety. Ideas and concepts about how tea returns to nature and the sustainable development of tea industry were discussed in the paper.
