教育部2001年7月颁发了《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》,它对基础教育课程改革起着指导性的作用,但文中第13页上有关乘法的一个“注释”却有待商榷.“注释”存在如下问题:叙述是否严密;对乘法的“规定”是否合理;把“乘数”叫做“因数”是否妥当等.
China Ministry of Education promulgated Mathematics Course Criteria (Experimental Version) in July 2001, which had an instructional effect on the reform of elementary education courses. To perfect the Criteria, this article not only discussed the questions on whether the description of a note in the Criteria was exact or not, whether the regulation of Multiplication was reasonable, and whether it was appropriate to call Multiplier?as 揝ubmultiples? but also offered relevant suggestions of modification.
