摘要
教学实践和现代心理学研究表明:学困生在学习心理上存在明显的自卑感、失落感,具有胆怯心理、压抑心理、惰性心理和逆反心理,上课时注意力不集中.在教学中,帮助学困生消除学习上的心理障碍的对策有:帮助他们增强学习的信心,培养他们的学习兴趣,定期作学法指导,开展一帮一活动,实施分层次指导和成功教育是实现学困生转化的有效途径.
The teaching practices and modern psychological research indicated the lag-behind students generally turned out conspicuous self-contempt, and sense of being lost with respect to study. They felt timid, oppressed, un-reactive and demonstrate counter-reactional tendency in psychological regards. It was found that the following means would be effective in transforming those lag-behinds, namely, enhancing their confidence in study, arousing their interest in study, regular instructions for study methodology, one to one help program, tiered instructions and success education.
