摘要
本文从马斯洛理论的基本内容出发 ,分析了高校图书馆在人员管理上 ,应该如何采取符合人的基本需要措施 ,以利激励工作人员提高自身素质和服务水平 ,从而促进图书馆的各项工作。
In this thesis the author took Maslow's theory as starting point in the discussion,gave a profound analysis of the personnel management of the libraries in universities,and put forward a proposal of how to take measures to meet the basic needs of human beings so as to inspire all the staffs of libraries to raise their own quality and their service level.Thus the library work in all the various aspects would be promoted.
